By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and display), publish, publicly display, and distribute that User Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license continues for content you have shared publicly (for example, in the Showcase, Trading Post, or community discussions) even after you remove it from your account, to the extent others have interacted with or retained it, and otherwise ends within a reasonable period after deletion.

Your representations. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own the User Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit it and to grant the license above; (b) your User Content — including any card images you upload — does not infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity; and (c) your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting it. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any User Content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload content you do not have the right to share; post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data except as expressly permitted; interfere with the operation or security of the Service; or use the Service to send spam or conduct fraudulent transactions.

5. Content Moderation and Removal

We may, but are not obligated to, review, remove, or disable access to any User Content at our discretion, including content we believe violates these Terms or may create liability. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, or pricing. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service, including all checklists, images, pricing data, comps, population figures, and AI-generated information (such as automated slab reads), is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Card values, grades, and identifications may be inaccurate; do not rely on them as the sole basis for any purchase, sale, or trade decision.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UVCT and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or value of collectibles, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed [USD $100] or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification
